How long are sessions?Initial Assessments are 40 minutes long and Standard follow-ups are 30 minutes long. Please arrive a couple minutes early.

How does a session typically work?During your first visit, I will conduct a thorough assessment, including going over your medical history and a full body assessment. Based on this, I will start to treat the body using a variety of hands-on manual therapy methods. Every session includes a full body assessment and treatment as we monitor your body's changes following successive treatment. Over time we will home in on the root cause of your symptoms as it becomes more and more clear.

How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions varies depending on your condition and goals. Some patients may notice improvements after just one or two visits, while others may require ongoing treatment.

I will tailor treatments to your specific needs and ensure you feel comfortable throughout the process. It is common to have soreness for a day or two following treatment - some people experience it more and others not at all.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?No referral is necessary to book an appointment. However, if you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your physician beforehand.

How can I prepare for my first visit?Please fill out a health history form prior to arriving for your first visit. It's also helpful to have specific questions or concerns in mind to discuss during your session.
